Back again...for GOOD!!!!

Postby Lois » June 2nd, 2004, 9:35 am

Hi everyone,

I am a prodigal daughter returning for good!

I began Medifast today, and I have about 90 pounds to lose. I know that in order to be successful, I will need the comraderie of this wonderful BB.

I am doing the full fast using the "Joint Health" formula.....so far, so good!

CONGRATS to all of you who have done SO WELL on the program while I was out there running amok! Jeanette, you look FABULOUS and you are my inspiration. Way to go Mike, reaching your goal!

It's good to be home.

love and hugs,

Lois

I had a great day today....5 shakes and 64 oz. of water (and LOTS of trips to the potty!!!) I even did a little yoga this morning!

Thanks for your kind words of support!

Lois ~

Happy to have ya here, Girlfriend!
Hey, just three shakes of the specialty formulas per day - so three joint healths plus three Medifast 55's ought to do it for you. Or any other combination of products to make 6 Medifast products for the Full Plan.

Hey Lois,

I'm glad you're back. Thanks for your reply to my post. I can definitely relate to being the prodigal daughter. Yet when the prodigal son returned home his father received him with joy... killed the fateth calf, put him on a robe and REJOICED!!! :cleader: He had been restored back to his father.

Girl, you too have been restored!!! Be happy!!! This time will be better than the first!!!!

Love Ya,

Thanks, Jewel! You're a BLESSING!!!

Nancy....I didn't know that about the joint health shakes. Thanks for the info! Is it because of calories/carbs or is it because of the joint health additives????????

XO,

Lois

P.S. Protein/carbs/sugars/etc are all balanced in all of the formulations.
