I'm back after 6 month!

Postby Lil'Bit » May 17th, 2005, 4:31 am

Well, I went on my cruise back in November and fell off. I gained all the weight I lost plus 3 lbs. So, I got my Mom on Medifast and we are both starting today! I am excited because I know it works. Anyway, you will be seeing me on this more now. My Mom too, though I don't know what her name will be.

Lil'Bit,
Sorry that *?!$# weight found you again after you lost it. This time, try & give it away instead of losing it, then it won't find you again! That's one of the new phrases (thanks Angelica) and I love it....

That's neat that your mom is going to do it with you - it'll be great for both of you.

Well, since you don't have very much to lose, your journey will be a pretty quick ride!!

Oh, and btw - Donna & Lil'Bit - I had a friend that had a tiny yorkie named Lil'Bit too. Cute name!!!

Hey, Lil' Bit ~

Welcome home! It sounds to me as if crusies are very detrimental to weight loss programs...maybe Medifast invests in them so Folks keep coming back for more shakes.

You are not the first to tell us that a cruise got them off-course...I think I shall not go on one for a long time...

Hope you and your Mom have the best success!

.LilBit..............I was scheduled to leave on a cruise this past Friday with family and friends...... :dunno: .......I opted out for many reasons..... :hmmm: .....one being.........I did not want to deal with unlimited food...... :hide: ........not that I would gorge myself........ ......but that food would be frustrating to me at this point..................even though you pay up front on cruises or all-inclusives.................it seems that all your meals are free.....no wallet......no worries......eat whatever..............I didn't want to pay $3000.00 to go on vacation to come back heavier...... .....and I didn't want to listen to the others comment if I brought along my supplements...... :lightsword: ....so for now I put it on hold............actually I think that 3000.00 would be much more enjoyable spending it on a little liposuction...... :yay: ......... down in ThunderThighville......... .......now I just need to convince my DH that he would benefit greatly as well

Wow, Donna.....you are very commited to losing this weight. Passing on a cruise..........AAHHHHHH! But, I understand why you chose not to go. You can always go another time.

I have also been thinking about lipo on the ol thunder thighs, if I am not satisfied with how they look when I get to goal. Of course, I don't know where I would get the money for that???? :dunno:

BTW Lil'Bit....I saw your before pics in the studio and you are absolutely a beautiful woman.

Donna-

It's funny you mention a cruise. First of all, you should be very proud of yourself for making the decision to not have to deal with all the struggles the cruise would be right now!

My husband told me that when I get to my goal he would take me on a cruise. I have to tell you, I don't want to go on cruise  ! It seems to be his idea of a perfect vacation not mine. I never have wanted to be surrounded by all that water. I just don't have the heart to break it to him. I have a while to go on my MF journey so I don't have to worry about it for a while. I guess when I get to my goal I will have to tell him thanks but I would rather go to Disneyland (I have never been and have always wanted to go). I am a big kid at heart.
