Day 50 of Compliance
Week 7 weigh in. Down 3.4 for the week and 23 lbs overall. Doing excellent on supplements. I feel completely satisfied most of the time and haven't even thought about eating off plan. Not consciously anyway. Tuesday night I had another dream that I mindlessly ate a chocolate chip cookie and ruined my compliance streak.
I haven't exercised for the past five days. I was really busy packing things for storage over the weekend, then movers came on Monday to fill my PODs. Yesterday was a realtor open house, yadda, yadda, yadda. I'm excited to get back on the elliptical today and get back into a routine.
I've been taking progress pics every week even though oddly I did not take an official starting photo.
Last night I looked at the progression of pictures and can definitely see a difference. I plan to post progress pics at 30 lbs since that will be my half way point.
I've had the sweet metallic taste the past several days, so I guess that means I'm firmly in ketosis.
Exercise: 300 calories on elliptical, 120 ab crunches
