Wow, you are doing great girlie!
Dont you love the measurements? It's almost better sometimes than the scale.
Before you know it, you will have kicked this weight into a corner, er somewhere that it cant be found again...

good effort :D

Hey Tracy,

I got my workout in this morning! I went to the gym on campus and did the stairclimber. Working out in the morning really feels like an accomplishment. I'm glad you wrote about how it makes you feel throughout the rest of the day. That was the motivation I needed this morning.

Have a great day!

Day 61 of Compliance

Still hanging in there. I've kind of been on autopilot with the plan the last three days. Most days every spare minute I have I'm usually obsessing about the plan...scheduling my meals, working out, calculating how many calories I'm burning, how many more to get to goal, etc, but not since Thursday night. I've had three showings of my house the past two days and I have an open house today. I obsess about that too. Every table has to be dusted every carpet vaccummed, etc in between each showing. It gets exhausting. Seriously, my house looks like a Parade Home right now, but I still cannot walk out the door unless I know a potential buyer could eat off my kitchen floor. Wish me luck today. I've got to get this place sold and on my way to Nashville!

Down 1.6 from last Sunday making my total 26. I've had some weird ups and downs on the scale this week, but today weighed my lowest yet, so I'm happy with that. Had an NSV yesterday when I realized my underwear were sagging in the seat. Not exactly a pretty picture, but definitely a victory! I'm headed to Victoria Secret today during the open house!

Nonscale Victory. Like having your pants get so big they won't fit or getting a really great compliment about how great you're looking.

Day 64 of Compliance

Today is my 9 week weigh in. I lost another 2.2 lbs to weigh 163.4 and make my overall total 27.2 lbs lost! The best part is my BMI is now 29.9 which gets me out of the obese category and classifies me as overweight. I never thought I’d be glad to be called overweight but I’m pretty psyched! I won’t hit the normal range until I reach goal but I feel very confident that I will get there.

I know after reading others’ journals that have also stayed compliant that I have been very lucky to consistently see a loss each week. That’s not to say I don’t see daily ups and downs. Each week since week 2 I’ve seen a gain at least two days each week. Some weeks, like this week, I had a gain 3 days but I eventually see those numbers drop and they take a few more with them.

I can’t wait to make the 30 lb club which will be my half way point. I really hope to get there by month end. I know all I can do is remain patient and continue to be compliant and take advantage of every day I have the opportunity to exercise.

9 Week Progress:
Starting Weight— 190.6
Week 1—8.8 lbs—181.8
Week 2—1.6 lbs—180.2
Week 3—2.0 lbs—178.2
Week 4—1.6 lbs—176.6
Week 5—3.8 lbs—172.8*
Week 6—1.8 lbs—171.0
Week 7—3.4 lbs—167.6
Week 8—2.0 lbs—165.6
Week 9—2.2 lbs—163.4
Average= 3.0 lbs per week
*added exercise
