Baby Trace's 50 lbs Lost Pics

I'm still around 10 lbs short of goal, but I happened to have some pictures taken exactly 1 year apart that I thought would be good to use as "before and afters." The actual weight loss took 19-20 weeks.

The first two are from Christmas last year and this year. Besides my size, just look at the expression on my face. I've definitely changed a lot both inside and out.

The 2nd two are in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Vacation, so excuse the fanny pack. Man, I was really having a hard time hiding behind that water bottle!

OMG You look fabulous. Hope you have a great 2008. I am so jealous of you right now being in the warm weather. But I am glad that you are happy about moving back south.

Tracy you look absolutely STUNNING:+) Medifast sure worked for you girl, or should i say YOU worked Medifast! I'm quite sure you are a great inspiration for many here including myself :-P

Thanks everyone for your positive comments. Biki always said posting a photo was a huge inspiration and she was absolutely right. You've all give me just the boost I need to get these last lbs off.

What a difference!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
