Avator help?

When i try and load this completely legitemate avator of me smiling:

it comes up with a red X... :( I am confused.

I tried loading it straight from my computer and from a webpage.
What's up y'all? :x
Start - 175
Goal - 135

My birthday is October 29th
I will make my goal weight by Halloween
no more excuses.
time to work hard.

I think only Tim has access to the Avatar's. You will need to email him your photo webmaster@makemethinner.com and Tim will shrink your Avatar to the correct size for you.
