I have a question. If I were to opt to start the auto-ship program and wanted the 4-week program, do I have any options as to what I get? I know there are things that I would prefer in place of others, however I don't know if the 4-week program package allows that. If not, do I always get the same things or do you change things around?

Hi Smarti,
The 1 month variety starter packs are pre-packaged and can't be changed. Be sure to talk to a health advisor about the variety pack before you order so you can get in on the free week promotion this month.

As for the autoship, you can customize it every month to whatevery you want. The only rule is that you have to order a minimum of $75 to keep it active. As always, orders over $200 recieve free shipping.

I have no idea what TSFL is, but it was a Medifast website. I found this forum after I ordered.
