Artificial Sweetners

Postby DonnaS » June 5th, 2007, 6:15 am

How many packets a day can I have? I read in another topic that we could have 10 packets a day (that's a lot) but I want to make sure. Also the DaVinci Syrups ......... I read 4 Tbls a day. Is this correct? I use both in my coffee.
Thanks

A sweetener serving is considered an optional condiment. We are only allowed three a day total. That includes all optional condiments, such as mustard, salsa, sugar-free syrups. The serving size for the syrups is up to 2 tablespoons. For other optional condiments see the QuickStart Guide. So if I had one cup of coffee with syrup and Splenda and added some soymilk that would be all my condiments for the whole day.

I keep wondering... why is Biki not a Health Advisor? ;)

I second that. She would be a great teacher for new people that come to this board. <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_3_1v.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D3%252F3_3_1v/image.gif">

It is not just that Biks. You have such a positive attitude about this program. You tell us good things. You also tell us that we are not going to be perfect. You encourage us and motivate us. Look at yourself you have had a couple of stalls. But you are moving forward. Your honest when you eat your jammy sandwiches. That is what makes a good teacher.

Frankly, the amount you are helping people here and are also our at the mall or walking... you would be a great person to help get others going too.
Just something else to think about. ;)
