Don't assume always. The packet shakes use fructose, corn syrup solids, and asulfame potassium (a sweetener that doesn't have the insulin effect of which we speak)

The RTD's use sucrose in addition to those, but there is actually less sugar than the packet shakes (diabetic approved).

The diabetic shakes use inulin (chicory root extract) in addition to the others so that the sugar is reduced as well.

So, no saccharin (in any product), splenda (sucralose) in very small amounts only in the caramel nut bar, and no aspartame (Nutrasweet) in any product.

That's great to know. Aspartame is bad stuff. I've been off aspartame for a few months and my headaches have almost gone away.

Very good. Yes, I avoid that. I love Splenda though.
