Hi...my oldest daughter has Juvenile Rhumatiod Arthritis. She's had it since she was seven. She is now 18 and is overweight. Has anyone else experienced relief from their arthritis symptoms by following the medifast plan?

I have a touch of osteoarthritis. I don't know that Medifast itself helped at all, but the weight loss certainly did.

Hi There,
I know Unca swears by the joint shakes. I for one always feel better when I use the Medifast products. I too have some "arthur". My Dr. told me the very best thing I could do was to get some of the "poundage" off the ole joints. They have enough trouble without having to pack around extra pounds.
