Sidrah, I work right in that area, around I-10 and Ray. Just let me know if you ever want to hit some after-work L&G around there!

I really look forward to meeting you all.

I am moving to Maricopa fromTempe so I can meet up with you East Valley gals any time.

I hope you like it there. My brother was living over on Ray and I-10 and moved out to Maricopa. The big event there was Bashas opening. He moved back to Tempe after about 10 months. Like I said before, we are used to NY and more stuff, so here is sort of quiet, in general.

Anyway, you are close enough still, so cool.

I'm bumbed I wont be there. I really enjoyed that last get together. Maybe next time. I still say you all need to come up to the high country in the cool pines of Payson.

I was just thinking about Payson on my way home tonight. Both my bf and I have a 3 day weekend (by pure chance) this upcoming weekend. I'd like to get away somewhere cool, but not due North. I don't care for Flagstaff at all! It's been a few years since we've been to Payson though. Who knows? We don't really want to do anything but stay in a nice clean hotel and enjoy the cool weather. What's up near you that's also nice?

WOO HOO, I'm getting company :)
Heather, not really much to do up here, we have the Verde River, good picnic area. You can drive to the Natural Bridge, just about 13 miles from Payson. Or you can take a nice drive up 260 towards Christopher Creek and woods canyon lake...beautiful drive also a good picnic area. Lemme know if you will be heading up. Friday night and Saturday morning I will be at our Relay for Life...American Cancer fund raiser.

Hi

Yeah, but it was a $6.99 girly outfit (Savers 50% off sale today!)

Yes everyone, I cut bangs...first time in like 15 years...they're weird! I can't believe we forgot a picture! I had a skirt on and EVERYTHING!

Robin, looking forward to seeing you! Sorry I'm going to miss the gathering, but I'd love to have a L & G with you!

Dang Dede, I missed bangs and a skirt>>>>????? whats up with that??

Don't be afraid of the grout, just dig in!! Be careful though and do little sections at a time that premixed grout dries pretty fast. Can't wait to see your handy work. Gotta love a girl with tools!! I got my countertops in today will be tackeling the tile backsplash soon!

I'm sorry I missed the bangs, I have been playing with the idea of a hair cut..kinda a reward for loosing weight :) I was thinking about bangs but I know with curly hair they are hard to control. You will have to tell me how they work for you. Are they long bangs or short ones?
Geri, nice to see things moving along for you, in the remodeling.

They're long bangs Elke,

However, here in 97% humidity, they're about 1/2" now and sticking STRAIGHT OUT! Bangs are find for AZ, but when I get to the humid area...I look like Gilda Radner on SNL!
