Okay how cool, I'm down 5.1 pounds since getting back on the boards. Yipee!! It really so exciting to see the changes comming so fast again. Day off today but I'm working the overnight, that is always so tough on the diet and I usually end up just starving. The shift is 15 hours and it's impossible to make all the supplements last that long after a full normal day. I don't cheat but I'm usually very tired the next day from being out of rhythm. Thankfully I don't work as many overnights as I used to and what was the norm for me is now just an occasional bump in the road. :mrgreen:

Well I put my ticker back up but I wasn't sure how to configure my start weight. I've lost over 40 pounds total, only 5 since my return, but then I've also changed my goal weight. sooo... Arghh!! Oh well it's the progress that matters, so I'l just stick with what I've got here.

Can't wait til Sunday's weigh in. I wonder if I'll go 10 pounds this week? That would rock. Ironically I never have trouble losing weight, it's the regaining I've always had a problem with. Shhhhh... I love food, don't tell anyone.

Well I'm here on a 15 hour overnight and this board is about all that's keeping me on plan right now. Well okay I am having some coffee but it's that or fall asleep on the job!

Made it through the night flawlessly. Had to drink my first shake this morning at 4am though. :x Ahh well, I'll just have to stretch my meals to the full 3 hours today to stay on track. No problem. :mrgreen: Thankfully I'm not on at night again for about a month.

Someone new told me they could see my weight loss today and that made me feel great!

I do it all the time. If I'm lucky I have it at 5:30.

I have a sleeping problem that is getting better. I used to get up at 2:15 to 3:30 but the past two days I have slept in until 6 or so! So things are improving.

Whew, that sounds terrible, but I'm glad you're improving. I often wake up in the middle of the night but it's usually to pee :x
Last night I woke up at 2:30am with a terrible headache. Arghh! had to take a couple of Tylenol before I could get back to sleep. It was still with me this morning and I had to take a second round. I'm probably not getting enough H2O so I'm going to concentratte on getting in even more. It's always a struggle for me to drink my water.

Morning!!!! Well I'm down over 7 pounds already this week! I'm about to go and change my ticker and dosen't that feel good!!! Tomorrow is my birthday. Hmmm how am I going to handle that? Never fear I've got a plan already. Sashimi!!! Thankfully it's my favorite food and totally "legal". Hubby will be taking me out to a sushi restaraunt then off to the bookstore for a buying orgy.

I'm getting anxious to try a smaller size this weekend. That is always the best reward on this program. I've got my fingers crosed!!!

Slept until 10:00 am. Birthday is starting out great!!! It's wierd facing your birthday on MF and deciding to give yourself the gift of health rather than the gift of food. I just don't want to be overweight anymore and honestly the thought of being overweight forever scares the hell outta me! Fear is a great motivator, no doubt about it.

Last night was hard becasue a frosty beer was SCREAMING my name from the fridge. Now I'll be honest I often have one light beer or a glass of wine on the weekends and it never seems to slow my loss, but I just didn't want to have one last night as I'm celebrating my birthday today and I MAY want that luxury this evening. We'll see.

So tonight it's sashimi at my favorite sushi restaraunt. I'm also going to buy some new clothes today, all on hubby's dime of course!
