I'm not sure if this allowed or not, but can you do both plans and still lose weight? I have been on MF since Oct. 1st and for the past 2 weeks, I'm really not all that hungry. I have been doing the 5-1 plan. Sometimes it's all I can do to get down the last supplement/shake, and the thought of having to eat dinner is just too much . This was never a problem before . I was just wondering if one could do the full fast 3-4 days of the week or more, and when feeling a bit hungrier, have the small salad and lean meat? If not, I may just start doing the full fast, it just seems really hard to have the 5 supplements and meal too. I'm just too full and most of the time feel bloated when done. Is it normal to start feeling this way after being on the program awhile?
