are the plans interchangable

I was wondering if it would be ok to do the 5/1 some days, and the 6/0 others. I tend to get really busy as I am a full time+ student, and work 72 hours per week, and have a full time boyfriend (he is a full time job on his own), and right now i have to think about it far enough in advance that i can pack a lean and take it with me.

I do it sometimes for convenience or when I just don't feel like eating, but not more than once or twice a week. If you're planning of doing it more often, I would see a doctor or talk to your health advisor at least.

Well, that is a good question to ask. It will not hurt you to do the 5 & 1 and go to the 6 & 0 a couple of days a week. In fact you will probably lose your weight quicker. I have tried it myself and it works.

It sounds like you are a really busy person. I am so glad that you are taking time to take care of your body. When I had a schudule like yours I ate whatever I wanted and whenever I had time. Unfortunately I got bigger and bigger until it got out of control. The medifast products are the best way I have found to live a fast food lifestyle that most of us are in these days.
