Glad to hear you're doing alright Shana-- sometimes life can keep us so busy!
I wish you lots of success on BFL. I had a friend who did/does BFL (for over 5 years now) and has lost over 55 pounds and continues to keep it off. She runs about 3-4 days a week, plus does other stuff and looks and feels great.
I was thinking that once I lose all of my flab on MF, I may try to incorporate the BFL philosophy into my life to maintain.
