Hi everyone:

I have had a very very bad year....I fell when I was in Ireland for 5 months and fractured the base of hip replacement, plus a lot lot more...to be continued later...I am debating on whether to return to Medifast?????

My best friend of 28 years just died and my young nephew of 40 just died, etc. etc.

I have put on more weight than I have ever have on in my life....I am shocked ......could not do any exercise,,,,help help help

OF COURSE, we would recommend that you come back to MF! Very sorry to hear that you have had such a tragic year. More of a reason to try to change things around for yourself! So, with that, i will say welcome back! Maybe a little early, but i hope to see you here.
