I have a question about the pudding it counts just like a shake or soup right??

so if i wanted to have it with dinner is that ok????

just checking didnt no for sure.
i am not having more then one a day today is actually my 2nd day but i was going to have that as item #4 with my dinner as a treat thing and then have my last thing later when watching tv...
so wanted to make sure its ok.

Yep the puddings count the same as a shake, oatmeal, soup (not the Fast soup), chili, etc. All 5 of my meals were puddings yesterday -- all banana too! :bananadance: :yay:

However, it can not be eaten with your lean & green -- it must be a separate meal...(in other words, as one of your Medifast meals)

Exactly. You can have it FOR dinner, but not WITH dinner.

Hi there,
When using our program you need to eat every 3 hours or so. Each meal is designed to fuel your body for just about that length of time. When you combine meals then your body has to run on "empty" for awhile as you won't have the extra meal to eat in three hours. I have found when I don't get in enough calories during the day -- don't get in my 4 meals -- then I have the "hungries" in the evening. That is difficult!!
