I was just wondering if there is anyone in Hawaii on the windward side interested in attending a TSFL meeting? There is one this Thursday at Castle medical center in Kailua from 5:30-6:30pm

Hey Nicole! I too, am on Oahu, and live in Kailua. I actually live on the Kaneohe Marine Corps Base. I had heard that castle was having these meetings, yes, I would LOVE to go!! I have lost 25lbs since feb 2nd, but I know that a group like that would be SO helpful especially on those days where you know you have done everything right, and yet the scale won't budge for a few days. Please get back with me and let me know more about it. Thanks!
