My tests and annual physical turned out great today. My cholesterol was down within normal range ( lower than in years!) My BP was lower than before, and all the blood work tests were well within normal range. In other words, I'm OKAY in every way!.

Doctor is so proud of my weight loss...she's tried for years to help me do it and I would go up one time and down another. I think she was kind of shocked :shock: that this time I really did it!

She wants me to continue doing what I've been doing and doesn't need to see me for 'six months' unless necessary.

Is Medifast great or what!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad your tests came back & showed that you were perfectly normal!!!

On a slightly different note... um.. dede, it kinda looks like snoopy is looking up ace venturas skirt & laughing. Or maybe I just need to go to bed :D

You are all too kind, but thank you very much!

It makes us all feel good to know that the doctors approve of what we are doing to to lose unhealthy weight! It makes their job a lot easier, too.
