Another re-start newbie

I see I'm in good company in my re-start -- lots of familiar names and faces. I decided to start anew with everything and even have a new name for the forum -- I was Mom23. The new name is my AIM screen name that I use when I 'talk' to my daughter who is away at college. ;)

I re-started last Monday (1/22). It was tough for those 1st 3 or 4 days, but I am back on-track. Even though it hasn't been a full week for me, I snuck on the scale and I've lost 7 pounds!

It's good to be back "home" and am looking forward to losing with all of you!
