ANOTHER NSV

Postby SharonR » July 8th, 2006, 8:08 am

I have never been a good sleeper, as far back as I can remember. And being so heavy the past 8 years I havn't slept well at all. Waking up every couple of hours, and sometimes taking forever to even fall asleep.

I have noticed in the past couple of weeks that I am sleeping great, I'm falling asleep quickly after laying down in bed. ( it use to take me over and hour to fall asleep, then I would give in and take a tylenol PM.) I haven't taken any sleeping pill in weeks.

Thank you Medifast! That is one of my issues I wanted to see change in when I started this, and had forgetten about it, until I saw it in my notes that I took in the beginning.

Pretty exciting stuff!

Hey Kim, I feel HYPER! lol
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Now that you mention it, Sharon, I realize that I'm sleeping better (and deeper) too. Thanks for sharing!

to the tune of Braham's Lullabye

Lullabye and goodnight
Go to sleep you little shaker
Dream of pudding and iced tea
Dream of skinny things to be
In the night, you'll not snore
(Perhaps pee, but that ignore)
And the morning sun you'll greet
With a smile and song so sweet.

shhhhhh....baby's sleeping

That's great! I'm sleeping much better too. It's all these small things that make this journey so wonderful.

I'm hoping I stop snoring. LOL! My dh too. I never snored before.

hahaha thats funny!

I find too that I sleep much better when I'm in ketosis. I tend to me a morning cranky and hard to wake up... but all the water I drink on MF gets me out of bed in the morning bright and early. Ok so I'm really not less cranky, but I'm WIDE AWAKE. ;)
