Gosh I think I love these more than the number on the scale. :)

Yesterday after everyone had gone home from our BBQ, all the kids and I were out on the lawn playing tag. And my dd asked me to show her how to do a cartwheel. It's been years since I've done one... well, not only did I do one, but I did many and I did them well..and I did some hand stands for good measure too... :)

Before I was afraid I'd hurt myself if I tried one...:) Now it was easy and fun. :) Gosh I feel fantastic...I can't imagine what I'm going to feel when I get to goal in 30 more lbs. :)
