Welcome purplepansy!

I'm a newbie myself. Just started last Saturday. The first two days were a bit rough for me. I hope they go well for you.

I'm in day six, and it's smooth sailing! Loving MF! You'll love it too if you stick with it.

Drink a LOT of water. It will help you. If you crave salt, try some bouillon and water (up to two cups per day) in addition to the water.

You'll enjoy the forum. There are a lot of great LOSERS here! :roflmao:

Hey Welcome purplepansy!

80 pounds? DEFINITELY DOABLE!!! Started 5 months and 12 days ago, to lose 70, and I'm just a few pounds away from it. I did the complete fast too - just shakes the first month then added other supplements thereafter. You're gonna lose that dead weight very quickly-that's if you stay on the train. No stops, no getting off now!!! If you get off, we'll all just start screaming and hollaring for you, and you'll have to get back right back on or we'll just bug you to no end. (Dutch, what are you up to?)

Fight the enemy foods! :lightbeam:

Hidy Ho, PurplePansy ~

Sorry I didn't greet you sooner, Little Darlin' ~ been swamped! Had to get the Newsletter written... :x

I want to welcome you and say, fasten your :goldprowl: seatbelt, you're gonna enjoy the exhilarating ride to Thinsville!

You’ll find great info here, make wonderful thinnin’ friends and you’ll dump that 80 pounds and be healthier for it.

We are going to enjoy getting to know you better. Can't wait to hear about your experiences.

BTW, I LOVE pansies! They are my fave flower and were you to visit the MakeMeThinner cottage, you'd discover pansies growing along the driveway, in the window boxes, painted on the gate, a little pansy-adorned "Welcome" plaque by the front door and pansy stuff all throughout the house. Some of my friends call me "Pansy" but lemme tell ya this, I may love pansies but I am a wild and cwazy Leopard Woman, too! Pansies…ahhh..they smell divine and have such happy little faces - betcha that describes you, too, huh?

Hey purple pansy... is your goal to lose 80 pounds or 70? I noticed that your goal weight from your current/start weight is 70, but you said you want to lose 80? Didn't know if you were just not sure about your final goal (which is okay, alot of us aren't!) or if I was just losin it?!!

Either way, this is the program to help you do it!

I wrote in another post (somewhere here) that I thought my goal was 80. But I weighed in saw it was 70. I think I hit the lotto....
