Hi everyone. :)

I've been lurking here for the past couple of months, trying to decide whether or not this plan was for me.
Your posts & support are truly inspiring!
I finally receieved my order and am starting tomorrow.
I'm excited!

I live in Northern CA, about 80 minutes further north from Sacramento.

I'm 45, married forever, 3 children & 3 grandchildren.

I'm 5'6" I think I weigh about 227 right now, but will weigh in the morning for my official start weight.

I look forward to getting to know all of you! :mrgreen:

Welcome Rose!!! Just wanted to wish you luck and lend some support. I am only in day three and boy oh boy did the rest of the group really get me thru day two. They were truly my rock because I thought I was going to...well we all know what I thought. Anywhooo, i made it through and suggest that you use all of us as your support system.

Word to the wise...when in doubt, drink a bottle of water and post, post, post!!! :mrgreen:
