Hi all. Let me just say that this is an absolute wonderful forum. The information on here is just wonderful!! I just started yesterday and I have to say that I am pleased so far! I was expecting to feel the "no carb blahs" but I think because this program is low carb instead of basically no carb it helps me out a lot! Having tried the essentially no carb diets, and unable to get past day 3 (because it made me into a maniac!) :x this program surpasses the others by far! Good luck to all!
