Hi everyone! :wave:

I've been lurking :couch:

for a week or so and thought I should just go ahead introduce myself. I started Medifast on Friday, March 17th and have lost 8 pounds. So far I am loving Medifast. :cheermed:

Like a lot of people, I have tried about every diet out there and some of them several times. I'm hoping this is my final journey and am looking forward to taking it with all of you. It looks like the forum is a great place to come for support and encouragement and to give it as well. I am married and have two boys, 14 and 8. If you haven't guessed by my screen name, I am nuts about my two long haired chihuahuas. Can't wait to meet everyone here. :wavie:

Thanks LovenElvis. I assume by your screen name your an Elvis fan. I got to see Elvis in concert when I was 12 with my mother and aunt who were big Elvis fans. We were in the 7th row back from the stage. I still remember it. It was a great experience!
