Hi Shiela, excercise has never been my favorite thing either but now I look forward to my walks.
You should begin with light to moderate exercise starting with low intensity aerobic exercises such as walking, swimming or cycling for about 10 minutes, 3 days a week. Then you can gradually increase.
I increased my walking using the DVD by Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds". I like it because it has a person on it that does the low intensity along with the others doing the maximum excercise. I started doing 10 miniutes then increased to the full 30 minutes. You will love it!!!!!
