I have not been doing too well physically ... my body is freaking out ... and I have been eating foods that are not in the program ... I'm afraid of the scale this coming Sunday ...

Yeah, I don't know about the second picture because of the angle, but the third one shows a HUGE difference.

And what's the problem? Is your body still adjusting? You can do this, but you need to MAKE yourself stick with it at first. Eating off program is only going to make the transition harder, kiddo.

Thanks Sarya ... but I wish I were at my goal weight ... or at leat at where you are today ... in onederland ... I really get frustrated at times ... love cooking and eating ... it's such a hard thing for me to just drink shakes ... I miss the real food, specially the starch ones ... Bread and cheese are my favorite! I could live on them.

But as I said to Nikk abovei, I am sticking to the program ... Thanks for your compiments! I really appreciate them.

The first day I put my pictures up I got so many comments ... I replied with a private message to everybody individually. So this time, I decided to reply as I get them.
