MF and IBS

Postby GucciGoo » May 16th, 2007, 11:59 am

So, I have been strict this time around...

But I have a problem. I constantly have gas and severe bloating. I can go from a size 8 to a size 12 in only a few hours. And it can happen even before my L&G which means the MF products are partially causing the IBS issues.

But I don't lose on anything else!

I am so confused. My belly makes it look like I am pregnant.

Any ideas????

I'm confused as well..... just an hour ago I could have sworn that I read a few more replies to this thread... one being from Nancy... I thought.... :idontknow: :scratchhead:

I know I didn't delete anything... never would delete member posts.... so, I'm miffed too.

Yep, that's where I read it. So, maybe I just got the two mixed up and I really don't know what happened Jojo.

I take an OTC called "Digestive Advantage". It really worked for me. There are several varieties - for Gas, for IBS, etc. I was taking the gas one, but found that the IBS tablet works the best for me. It's a miracle non-drug! You just take 1/day and in a few weeks things start feeling normal again.

Neither do I, not that I care - just wanted to make sure I was still mentally sane :)

The soy protein in the product can have that effect on some folks - I have had the problem, too (also have a history of IBS) - I find I'm always too "something" in the digestive dept. with this diet, but I don't care - I use something when too "stopped up", something else when "can't stop" ;) - Beano also helps with the gas and bloating.
