I don't know for sure, but they're usually packed in oil. If that's the case, then nope.

I just looked online and couldn't find any that weren't packed in olive oil.

They're stuffed with salt too, aren't they?
The sodium level should be off the charts.

You'd pretty much have to find the nutritional content on them to make a decision. They can probably vary quite a bit, depending how they're processed.
