Ladyhawke,

Welcome from me too! :) I also wanted to say I LOVE your alias. I must have seen "Ladyhawke" the movie from 1985 twenty times... I was such a Matthew Broderick fan at the age of 14! :nutz: (Ah, teen mad crushes!)

Best wishes!

You are so sweet for welcoming me..I love the weight charts and beautiful pics.

I can really relate o the lady that said she can't wait to play with her baby in the pool. My son really got short-changed in his little life by me not being able to do a lot of things.
I feel like I'm pushing that wheel barrow (sp) around with 50lbs of fat in it.

MF really works for me as having to constantly shop and buy diet foods and the prep along with cooking regular food for my son is too exhausting and too much room for error.
I take my blender to work every day and that soup is the highlight of it.
Plus the money I spent is a big deterrant to going off of it.
I saw the ad in Ladies Home Journal and thought about it a few months before I was ready to devote the time and effort and make the commitment and I'm glad I did and glad I found this board.

I want to branch out and try the chili and crackers and cappucino, I'm getting sick of the sweet stuff.

BTW I found the Davinci syrups at Marshalls in the gourmet section.

Oh, Berkshire girl I have not seen that movie for many years but every time I do I cry.

Hi LadyHawke and welcome,
You're off to a fantastic start! Remember that TSFL is a prescription for life and use this time while the lbs are melting away to prepare yourself for your new thinner future.

And Rae and Scrabbler,
I didn't realize that when we set up this forum, it came with an automatic welcoming committee and registration police.

Thanks for all your input on the forum. We appreciate all you do and glad you're having success and enjoying the forum....
:)

ladyhawke, as the others say, everyone is welcome to post here. The only reason the suggestion was made that you register is because that way you have access to the "extra features" on the board, such as being able to make a profile and view others' profiles, and to see have have sig lines, stuff like that.

Welcome, and happy shaking!

Hey Rae - do you think Unca would pay me in Hot Cocoa ... mmmmm That stuff makes me sooo happy :yippee:

Ladyhawke - so sorry I sent an unclear message to you -- I must have been in a rush that day -- I usually say to register yourself on up so that you get all the bennies of being an MMT user -- private messaging, profiles, visibility to who is on-line. The rest of that banter was just Rae and I having some fun with each other. :fence:
You'll find we all do that in here - more than occassionally.

 hehehe

A big warm welcome to you ladyhawke.
Way to jump right in with the starter kit. Excellent job on the weight loss. Which MF item is your favorite? Glad to have you join the gang.
