Oh no, *I'm* sorry! I think it's my fault that you felt bad... You see, Ame (Scrabbler7) and I had a joke going from another thread that she was always the one to post the link to the registration page here whenever folks asked how to do it. So we've been laughing about her being the "registration police," not because her job is to kick out people who "don't belong" here, but just cuz she's so quick to help people with that registration link!

Anyway, as everyone said, of course you are very welcome here!!! All are welcome, and it doesn't matter if Nancy is your official health advisor or not. We're all here just because we're MF-ing-- that's it! No official rules! "Registration" just means you're signed into this board with a permanent handle, like Ladyhawke, instead of posting as an anonymous "guest." You've already got that down pat, and even if you hadn't, there's no requirement to register with a handle, anyway; it just gives you access to more features here.

So, welcome again, and I apologize if I started something that you might have taken the wrong way.

purple, go wander through the lean cuisine forum. You'll find the cookies, and lots of other good ideas for MediFood!

(Love your ticker in your sig line, by the way. To those out there who use sig lines, why not add a shamrock to it this week, in celebration of St. Paddy's Day?)
