Ugh 1st day back at work after 2 weeks off. I got here at 6:15 a full 45 minutes then I normally arrive. I thought I had morning duty. Turns out I didn't. Oh well, I was able to get some planning done that I should have done before/during break. Everything I brought home to do during the 2 weeks did not get done.

ah... well, i'm not sure she's what i pictured, but i've spent around 10 hours on the phone with her over the last 2 weeks-- and you know i don't do phone. she's pretty amazing-- amazing enough that there's been mutual declaration of like; you know i don't do that, either.

i dunno. i don't want to settle down.... but, she's so great. i limited the potentials to 4, and then i put one on hold. but this one is so incredible that i can't stop thinking about her.

the irony is, i feel like some lumbering oaf next to her, no matter how into me i know she is-- same thing with the runner-up. i don't know how to make the feeling go away. mf has been so good for me, in so many ways.... but i doubt anything can cure my body image issues.

had my formal observation meeting this morning. passed with flying colors - not that it really mattered since I already have tenue. at least I dont have to be observed again for a good 3 years.

Thanks! Actually I got "tenure" 3-4 years ago. I get really nervous when I have to be observed so I had to put myself in the "it's not like they can fire me" mode. Its one of the things that keeps me from relocating to another site - I'd loose tenure.

Yeah - tenure is given basically at the end of your 2nd year so you begin your 3rd with it.

I have 3 car payments left (should be 2 but I forgot to send out this months payment and I can't find the statement anywhere *shrug) and then I'll a little more spending money
