I heard on KROQ on the drive in one morning about how some girl mastered writing her number with a dry erase marker on her driver's side windows backwards/reversed/whatever you call it.

yeah, i wish i'd gone. my break starts thursday, so we'll carouse then, yah?

i've used the marker on the window (i have em in my briefcase because of work), but some weird guy kept calling & trying to convince me i meant to give it him.

with the board, i just flash it-- and i can put out stuff like, "that's a great top! i can tell you have a big heart..."

You didn't miss anything Saturday night. I left after 2 hours.

I'm off the next two weeks with no real plans - will be around. I have to wait for the fridge guy tomorrow morning. The freezer is working but the bottom part just feels cool even though it is cranked all the way. Vic said I was "dumb" enough to by an extended service plan- sure enough I did.

I swear you should write a book about your dating adventures.
Start date: 2-05-07

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

if i wrote a book on my dating adventures, i'd never get another date! geographically undesirable girl is growing on me. who knew?

as far as vic... well, he was dumb enough to buy that "great pumpkin" shirt.

The real author is lilly. You would fit somewhere in the subtitle. I've always thought her blog would make a good book.

yeah, lilly is a talented pup. it would be better if she laid off the sauce; she's been getting all hemingway on me. right now, we're not talking because she doesn't approve of the hours i keep.

random moment at work:
my normal-sized 10 year-old pointed out that my wrists are now significantly smaller than his.

also nice:
i went to my training appointment before work this morning, and she measured me in various places with the callipers, weighed me, etc, andsaid that, with the muscle i have and the extra skin, she thinks i'll be "normal" in 40#. i don't see it... but she had me pull up my sweats past my thigh, and when i raise my knee to allow the extra crap to slide away, there's visible muscle and the definition is more dramatic than i realized.

i guess i just wasn't ready to admit that, one day this year, i will not be fat anymore.

sometimes i wish i could pick and choose where my weight went....
you know, take a little from down here and put it up there.

i'm wearing a padded bra in that picture, which (tragically) means that i have the breasts of a 12 year old boy...

and i think he wants them back.

Those jeans are very slimming. (or maybe it's just YOU!) Can I ask what brand and style?

Sorry just wondering. I haven't purchased any jeans in 2-3 years.
