i'm looking at my laptop screen right now, and i realized something incredible:

now that my chest and stomache have gotten smaller, my boobs (in a very padded bra) look huge!!!

rubbing them and telling them to grow worked!

ah, the power of positive boob-speak.

i'm retainging so much water that i need to find one of those old-school laundry wringers and run myself through a couple of times. it must be close to tom.

in other news, they finally reopened my 2nd favorite local trail. the bridge that has been washed out forever (causing me to climb in and out of a ravine to finish my hike) has been replaced with a cement path. it's nice... horribly out of place... but nice. also kind of nice? the trail that challenged the hell out of me last summer is just 30 minutes of light exercise now. don't worry, i still have a book with 101 other socal hikes it.

anyone wanna come?

I'll stick to the cement paths that can be found in various outdoor mall settings. Unstable ground and a girl with no balance do not make for a good combination.
