Well, here is week 5:

Starting Weight: 149.6
Starting Body Fat: 33%
Height: 5' 3"

End Week 5
Today's Weight: 138
Today's Body Fat: 27%
Lost Inches on Waist Wk/Tot: 0.0/2.5
Lost Inches on Hips Wk/Tot: 0.75/2.25
Lost Inches on Chest Wk/Tot: 0.25/0.25

I only lost .4 of a pound. I was disappointed, until I measured. That one-inch lost makes me feel a bit better. It's funny; we are so trained on what the scale says, not what the measuring tape says! If I had lost 4 pounds and only .25 inches, I would feel happier. Strange . . .

You are really doing very well - I like to see that BMI come down because that means your heart is going to be a lot happier - it's not hauling around as much hazardous material! Already you are down 6% - very good!

Yes, it IS a big difference, especially in terms of our heart and arterial health!
