Lost Inches on Hips Wk/Tot: 0.75/2.25
Lost Inches on Chest Wk/Tot: 0.25/0.25
I only lost .4 of a pound. I was disappointed, until I measured. That one-inch lost makes me feel a bit better. It's funny; we are so trained on what the scale says, not what the measuring tape says! If I had lost 4 pounds and only .25 inches, I would feel happier. Strange . . .
