All of you have really been a BIG help to me, to make the decision to start Medifast. I am ordering today. My big problem other than being 40 and 260 lbs. is I have tried other plans, only to loose NOTHING. I gained on Jenny, WW I lost 1/2 lb in 30 days of NO CHEATING. To be safe I have seen a doctor, ran every test, all is well. I can begin. I PROMISE to post a before pic and one per month, updates every week. My question is...what do you feel is the single most important thing to do on this plan. I also ask, has anyone ever NOT lost weight??????
