Hello everyone:

Today is a pretty good day, so thought I would say Hi  to all and thank you for the posts. My husband bought a laptop :puter: for me so when I do have bad days, I can still get online and check out the site. Some days setting at the desk for any period of time was a bit much. This site really does get me thru the tough days. I love  coming here as it gives me Sooooo much. (encouragement, hope, and above all determination)!!!!!! Not to metion my new found friends. :goteam:

10 lbs. gang :hi5: isnt that great?? Wow, I am so glad. I feel like I can tell a difference. Wonder why no one else has said anything. (he he)
No, I can't really tell......but just between you and I, I know by my next 10 lb loss, I think someone will something like "are you losing weight"? :o I'll say YES I AM and thank you for noticing. :yay:

Well listen keep up the posts as they are great and congrats to all who are moving towards goal. It's all so wonderful.
;) ,
Evie

Evie, "Have you beem losing weight ?" :D WE KNOW YOU HAVE !!!! Great job. The bottom line (no pun intended) you get to see your scale going down and it is a direct result of your hard work. Good for you - look and feel great - you deserve it. Mytime

Mom hasn't noticed yet

Postby Jan » July 20th, 2005, 10:08 pm

Hi ,
Probably the reason our weight loss isn't noticed by some is because our family or friends see us everyday. The loss is gradual. If 60 pounds fell off overnight they'd be sure to notice!! People who haven't seen us for awhile will notice. It's fun to go search them out and see what happens. As for our families they eventually notice. After 40 pounds my husband finally said "I think you're losing weight -- well Yes!!! :x
