After a few failled attemps to start again I am back. I tried going off and eating better and exersing more, but that just wasn't working for me. I want to get to my goal by my next birthday, so I can ring 30 in the healthy way. So I am back to stay and I am not leaving until I reach that goal.
Thanks gals! I did really good yesterday even though it was my DH's birthday. I am going for 1 week of total compliance. Then uping it everytime I make goal.
