After 1 week of total compliance I am up 1 lb, so out of frustration, depression, dissappointment, and bad habbit, I ate Ice cream and chips for breakfast.
What was I thinking? I am trying to lose weight, nit gain it so eating crap out of depression helps nothing and just makes it worse!!!
I have committed to the 14 days of total compliance, and fully intent to keep my committment.
