to stepping of the MF wagon the past week. I have been on vacation and hiking. To me, MF is neither high calorie or convienient enough when not near a tap and when carrying a pack.
Regardless, I'm fully back on board this a.m., am still in ketosis and have lost #1.6 since last weigh-in.

My cheat was better than your cheat...I was sipping fruit drinks and eating off of huge buffets of exotic foods at a beach front resort in a foreign country.
Oh yeah...and my dad can probably beat up your dad!

Shakes and bars don't work well at the beach either!

As for Manly, he reminds me of my brother, wonder if he looks like him, too???
