Thanks Everyone for all your whooping and hollering :D !!!
It seemes as if I was stuck at 69 1/2 for wayyyyy too long, but I hung in there and didn't give in to that stubborn body of mine!!
(Hmm) Who knew that I was stubborn all the way to my fat cells :lol:
I truly appreciate all your support!
Now I am on my way to the final 74 pounds to go!
This group is the BEST EVER!!
My daughter, son-in -law and grandkids are coming for a visit from Ohio and are arriving tomorrow. I last saw them in August 2004 when I was home for a month. I was at my heaviest then and even though they know I have been Medifasting, I can't WAIT to see their faces when they see me!

Wow Mary.... 70 pounds is awesome. I would love to see the faces on your kids when they see you. I have a son in Chicago who doesn't know I am on MF.... I can't wait to see his face!
