WOW!! I am speechless. And dear friends there is no need to comment on ME being speechless for a change :shock:

lol I just can't believe a 21lb loss in 12 days. That is simply incredible. GREAT JOB! You must feel unbelievable. Another Texas cutie on the loose!

Thanks for all of the encouragement! Day 13 - 22.2 lbs! I started this diet at 288.6. My doctor says according to the height/weight chart that I should weigh 140, but I haven't seen that weight since I was in high school. Right now, I am just trying to get to 160-170. My huband has 60 lbs to loose and has lost 19.2 so far. We are both on the compete program of 5-6 shakes a day.
