I am absolutely ecstatic that I lost 10# in 7 days on MF. I know the other weeks will be much slower but at least it is 10# I will never see again.

I had a feeling it was going to be good because on Friday when I got dressed my belt felt loose so I had to tighten it a notch. Yipee! :cleader:

I can't wait until next week.

Congrats on your 10lb loss - even better that it was in 7 days! How exciting is that!!
