I'm glad you've mentioned this Mike because I have recently been attacked in my journal AND in Kym's journal! Why would someone hijack Kym's journal to attack ME? It implies to me that they needed to vent but did not want to do so directly.

It's easy to attack and run ... but really, if you publicly need to jab someone then prepared to discuss it publicly. If not, then don't make the attack!

Jan, it's always such a pleasure to "hear" from you! Your sage words always go a long way.

Hope you're well,

So Mike/Jan/Nancy/Terry, what would you like for us to do when we see someone being disruptive on the forum? Should we report it to you instead of trying to reason with that person?

I'm open to all suggestions because I care about this forum and don't want to see disruptive behavior scare people off.

Hi Jo,
Well Unca monitors the forum so if it's tooo offensive he'll take whatever off. As to the little squabbles ... I'd take the upper road and ignore them. Soon individuals learn that they are having no effect and quit. Most people post outrageous things for attention. If we act as if it were not even posted and go right on by the fun will be gone. .. they'll learn.
It's all in our attitude.... just don't play their game. It's sort of a tic tac toe thing .. If you put down your X and no one puts down an O .. you can't play. Just move forward.

Since we are on the subject, I would like too report that Holberry posted negative things with my name on it in her journal. That is way worse than anything else that has gone on this week. It is called flaming.

And I was never playing.

Beth, dear ... Jan's advise was wise:
1) Take the high road,
2) Act as if it were not even posted
3) Don't play their game

Ahhhh how sweet
Plus I needed that .. Just had nose surgery .. the reconstructive kind and ended up with Miss Piggy ... My Dr. said it would be a "walk in the park" .. yea .. he just didn't tell me I'd trip over a log and land on the dang nose... OUCH... but on the bright side .. it did give me a little extra time to peruse!!
