My 4th day

:lol: I am new and am finishing my 4th day. The first 3 days were rough but today was easier. I have lost and gained myself several times in my life, I am hoping to have reached the final answer. I do grieve at times...
because I have lost my best friend...food, but I can see I have gained many friends on this website. It is fabulous ! :mrgreen:

Hello and Welcome to our forum.. yes we have all grieved for our old friend FOOD but I try not to miss him anymore :D the first 3 days were rough on me too but after the first week it got easier..This is a great place to come for support and the people here are GREAT!!!! Glad you decided to join our little MF family and look forward to seeing you on this forum.. Have a good week---Martha
