Hi guys!
Been looking at the program for weeks, and ordered stuff- started Monday after a weekend of ultimate indulgence. Gained 2 pounds in the process.
So far I'm down 5, which I'll say because it makes me feel better, but really it is 3 if you don't count the "weekend of great sin".
A little about me? I'm a mom of 3 kids, 2 dogs, 1 bunny and a very supportive husband. I work full time and spend the rest wondering how to gain control over my chaotic life!
Anyway, I have a couple of questions that I could really use answers to.
Periodically I get hot flashes. Which is weird- I've never had them before. They aren't at one time of day particularly, and they aren't after one specific packet type. I'm 32, so I don't think this is a sudden onset of menopause .
Has anyone else has this issue? Do you know what causes this? Is there a fix, or will it just go away? It does make me feel rather icky.
Also, is there a point at which I will stop waking up thinking of food? Admittedly, I have some emotional issues to get over or I would weigh 200 pounds. I've managed to stay on plan because of weight loss, but I'd love some tips for those days when the pounds don't fly off, as well!
Besides, I'd love some buddies!
