My name is Tena, I am the mother of a beautiful 3 year girl and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 7 years. I have been medifasting since May 9, 2005. So far my body has released 15.8 pounds. I am doing the complete plan. I feel wonderful. I have a long way to go but I am certain that I will reach my goal. I had the pleasure of talking with Nancy and all I can say is what a warm spirit.
I have been reading this forum for about a month and a half now and this is a great place to be. I had problems accessing the forum for a couple of weeks. I mentioned it to Nancy and Unca got me back in business in no time. Thanks again Unca, you rock!

if I would still be going if I hadn't stumbled across this forum. I say stumbled because I had been doing a google search for medifast recipes when I came across this place. Boy, am I glad I did that search for recipes. 
it looks like we started close to the same time! go us!! i agree with donicab when it comes to the importance of this forum and its support in my plan. everyone here is AWESOME! i believe positive attitudes = positive results and with everyone here sharing those experiences our chances of failing are minimal!
