Hello Everyone,
Started MF plan 3 days ago;
Day 1 Feeling very sorry for myself..if only I had stuck to the plan the first time I would be at my goal by now!!!!
Day 2 Careful - get to close to me and I will eat your arm....right now anything will do as I am starving and have a headache!!!
Day 3 I did weigh myself today as I needed some gratification...which I did get. 5lbs in three days Yeah! This was mostle due to ALL the "LAST SUPPERS" I had prior to starting....you know those days when you tell yourself it is ok to eat the WHOLE pizza followed by a container of ice cream(because you have to have something sweet after salty) because you are starting your diet TOMORROW. Then tomorrow comes and something side tracks you so you AGAIN will start TOMORROW!!! However, I will take what I can get for whatever reason.
So I am still a little shakey on motivation, but I keep reading and rereading the post which have been such a source of strength.
